A Historic Village in West suburban Chicago, downtown Clarendon Hills was suffering from neglected infrastructure, a poor street layout, and storefront vacancies. Along with a downtown study, architectural recommendations, and a business survey, a streetscape was planned to give the downtown a distinct and cohesive design. Meandering paver walks, and rough hewn limestone walls add to the historic charm of this downtown jewel.
